Just say its not your cup of tea and move on, instead of sitting there trying to justify why its somehow inherently bad. Moonlighter is sitting at over 11k reviews btw, so regardless of whether you like the graphics style or not, plenty of people clearly did. Originally posted by Genevir:Wish they would've chosen better studios with higher budget to do these things. That is not an inherent decrease in quality just because it doesn't look like your cup of tea. But remember that each game is being made by a different studio that is putting their own personality into the product. If you don't want to play it then don't play it. The Mageseeker is not a drop in "quality." It is the style Digital Sun has chosen to use, a style they are clearly comfortable with. Song of Nunu clearly builds off of what Tequila Works did with RimeĮach studio is bringing their own style to each of these games. →Coming back to edit this 2 week late to say I'm sorry I forgot about Rime, I'm so sorry Tequila Works. Ruined King was developed by Airship Syndicate (makers of Battle Chasers), Convergence is being made by Double Stallion (makers of Speed Brawl), Hextech Mayhem was made by Choice Provisions (makers of Bit.Trip Runner and much more, some of which under the name Gaijin Games), Song of Nunu is being made by Tequila Works (makers of The Sexy Brutale), and The Mageseeker is being made by Digital Sun (makers of Moonlighter) You do know different indie studios make these games Riot Forge publishes right?
